r the philips lights much cheaper then sg? authentic?

they look authentic, but to be honest, i don't know how to verify. I got them from TMall though, so the chances of it being authentic is somewhat higher?

they do cost less than SG. the whole lot of lights + shipping + agent fees + delivery fees etc etc i bought on taobao cost about half of what i would have paid in sg (i got a quote from lightings.com.sg for the same items). :)

Hello lemon candy, do u mind sharing ur contractor's contact? Thanks!

i've PMed you :)

with the pipe there, the floor trap can't open fully (90 deg). if i let go of it, it will snap shut. i also can't push the pipe any further back. if the pipe is moved just a couple of cm to the left i won't have this issue!

Hi Lemon, this can be easily solved. You can even do it yourself with $2 material cost, or ask your contractor to do it. 2 min job.

Get 2 pcs of pvc elbows for this pvc pipe.

Cut your existing aircon pvc drain pipe by 2cm.

Place an elbow to turn it to the left. (From the perspective looking at it)

Then another elbow to turn it towards the floor trap.

You don't even need to glue it tight. Make it easy to wash away internal slime within the tail end of this pipe if needed.

hi tootiepanda (and for anyone else interested), my contactor is Mr K (H2O Interior Renovation, 9022 2321). his contact is no secret so i've decided to just make it known as I didn't expect this many PM requests :P

more updates this weekend! i've started work after a long break and can't go visit the new house as and when i feel like it anymore haha.

Hi Lemoncandy, can PM me your contractor contacts? Thank you so much! And hope to see more updates :)

concrete support for kitchen sink is done too. the bottom is tiled, and we opted for the insides to be just screeded smooth (no tiles). looks nicely done!
