That's not floortrap lah Songz, if i'm not wrong should be kitchen sink trap.

Waiting for more TB items from goodeals87 since i will be buying most items from there as well.

if anyone got links to share from reliable source.. pls do share..

and also advise.. for living room need how many inch and watt

same applies to MBR and bed room, common tiolet and kitchen

Im finding downlights in TB as well cos i really need alot (Whole house on downlights). Went to lighting shop, cheapest i can find in Singapore $18 @ 12Watt. Brand not important to me as most of them are Made in China.

Still looking around in TB, the last one i found is $12 per pic 12Watt anyone has better lobang please share...

As for wattage, my contractor says actually 10 watt is bright enough, if you go for higher watt, then can buy lesser downlights, if u goin for low wattage maybe need more.
