Bashful 15 Report post Posted March 20, 2014 (edited) Hi Bashful,Can I have your quotation? danny.lzl83@yahoo.com.sgGreat Place! Nice reno! ~curious~ Btw is that a diamond clock? did u keep it?Hi Danmify, I will not share my itemised quotation. But the total cost of reno is about $42K. I have made some changes in between the reno. So is still waiting for Alan to give me the final bill. The only thing I kept is the windows. Hope this helps! Thanks for the compliment razzberrie!Erm... In fact I did not keep the diamond clock left by the prev owner as I was not so into old school theme. claypot 46 Report post Posted March 20, 2014 Excellent transformation. it was indeed an original condition (with terrazzo floor tiles and especially the toilet small square tiles) that requires a major overhaul. Good that you managed to stick to the theme from start to finish despite some changes along the way. your $42K also include all the fittings like sink/hob/hob/lightings, electrical appliances/aircon and furniture? didn't see any aircon and/or ceiling fan though

The $42K is purely spent on reno only (i.e. hacked/erect wall, re-layed the wirings, water pipes, carpentry, tiling, flooring etc).I do not have ceiling fan, but have a System 3 Mitsubishi Starmex inverter aircon. I purchased them from Aron Putt, but is mainly liasing with Ah Boon (the head installer). Overall, I am satisfied with Ah Boon and his team on the aircon installation. No issues so far.
