His co-ordination with his worker is bad. He's forgetful and always like to give lame excuse for something not done. So everything need to be black and white. we also need to always call him to get things nice properly.

Sorry to hear that... he also promised alot of things when we were in negotiation, but I didn't feel too comfortable with him. Was glad I managed to get back my deposit.

I can only suggest to ask him to refund in terms of vouchers or something, for your friends' case.

hmm, how come u said for my friend's case only can ask him to refund in terms of vouchers or something? yours not in terms of vouchers or something?

my friends have not even discuss anything with him cos they have not get a flat yet, still looking around.

I changed my mind within a day and I was prepared to lose the deposit then. If your friends have not start to discuss with him, then it might be worth a try to bring it up to him. At least ask for vouchers for lighting or other stuff. I read somewhere in the forum, that was what most of the people got.

ya, I read from the forum too, they were suggesting only, so far haven't see ppl said they did tat.

so I'm looking for ppl who had did that so I can tell him that someone also can do so y they can't.
