Looking at * quotation and engaging an ID called Ray.. anyone has any reviews on both the coy and the ID?

Dont engage them, ridiculous service, cant get their rep to reply on time, is not proactive, have to chase everyday, makes alot of excuses, doesnt keep to his word. Couldnt do a simple job of replacing my vanity cabinet with basin, got the dimensions wrong, made the hole for the tap so far back that the water spill all over the place. In the end can tell me after months of asking them to make it right, that i will have to pay for a new basin if they do it again. This is on top of me having to buy new taps at my cost and after telling me 3 weeks ago they will reimburse, i am still chasing that Asmond guy. So if you can avoid pleas do so, if you cant and you get Asmond, please run for the hills!!!

U are best off to avoid them.  They are expensive n service is very poor. I'm doing a reno w them n told there interior designer cannot meet or speak with customer.  At every step they ask me how I want what done. How do I know? I'm not an interior designer n can't visualise end result or anticipate future issues related to each decision.  Their ID should be there to give advice. They also don't try and help customer save money by suggesting other better or cheaper alternative.  BEWARE of * interior design !!!

I really regret choose this company to renovate my new house....I hopes nobody will have this same experience as me!

like what other comment said the ID is not professional because actually they only is a sales consultant they don’t know how to draw 3D picture and give you any suggestions ,you need to make every decision yourself and give them idea!lukicy I got the sense of Color and planning what I want to do if not you will feel helpless why you choose a interior design company with a useless ID,maybe contactor better than them..

They Only know to correct money but without proper job,because the ID won’t check the house before hand over, that why you need to check yourself and you will found a lot of problems and defect. When you asked them to do they will give a lot of excuses.

Because the company none have their own carpentry and plumber or electrician so they not easy to make arrangements after you paid money but the company  have a lot of “interior consultant “make Sales.

Horrible and not responsible id, cannot be trusted, very very bad experience with them,it seems to me like I am doing the id jodb, promise to see 3d but in the end after long wait came up to be paste and copy from .... Hiaz... Unable to complete task call ld unable to reach him want money he will call u.....

DO NOT hire this company as your interior designer. they purposely mark up their price by a lot. i told them through WhatsApp what i want to do for my home. later in the day, visited their showroom and quote was ready. i thought he was just efficient. After talking for some time, he gave some discounts and mentioned that he need us to confirm and place a deposit to secure the discount. If I don’t want to hire them after deposit also can, will get back the deposit. So a few hours later, we placed deposit and signed. Then next day, they started to add stuff into the quote and those stuff they suggested are quite expensive. I can say they do not care about you at all. They are good in talking but don’t deliver. After deposit just realized my quote don’t include flooring at all. Tried to get back the deposit but they say cannot already. Just the flooring itself is like $10k. really regret believing them. I would rather lose my $500 than losing a few thousands. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS ON PAPER.

I can feel the other home owners here who approached *. I was at the choosing phase and my unfortunate  experience with the designer Ford Dung really opened up my eyes to be very careful in choosing the right person to take care of my place. He is totally inexperienced and unprepared for the first appointment. Avoid him at all costs to save your valuable time. He probably need to change his name to cow instead. Very unprofessional with his words and bad attitude. Strongly suggest not to waste your time on this piece of crap.

Avoid! I'm a victim. On law suit with them now. ID went missing & Company now don't honour contract now !

A highly dishonest and displeased experienced with them. Went down to speak with 1 of their ID consultant A, regarding our design concept and was told he will send us the quote the next week. After a week he told us their company having a promo and asked us to go down his showroom again. I requested for his quote first as i want to do my homework without facing any hard selling. To my dismay he said he cannot send me the quote unless we go down to his showroom. This confirmed his hard selling tactic. I insisted on seeing the quote first. He went mia. 

To sum it up, definitely a NO for *

recently encountered this ID -ford , from northwestt interior  , or known as Internio Design interior.

Power uh sia him , say cant zoom him , only can meet him and talk . like so bossy .  service :0/10.
