jeremylbt 1 Report post Posted March 12, 2014 Hi all,Have been browsing these forum for a year or two and have seen countless transformations to a home sweet home. Now it's finally my turn to put my ideas into play.I've been living in the west for close to 30 years. Bought a house in the east which explains the title. Collected keys in feb and soon my renovation will start. But prior to this the process of finding a suitable ID and electrician is TIRING!!Let me just begin with my floorplan:
jeremylbt 1 Report post Posted March 12, 2014 (edited) First, let me talk about the concept i want for the interior design.I like my house to have the modern contemporary look with the main colour combination of white, black and grey. I'm very particular about lighting in the house and I will be using alot of LED strips and downlights to achieve the ambience i want. From this process, I realised that doing up lighting using LEDs for the whole house is damnnnn expensive. Heart pain but i hope the end result will soothen the pain.I found a friendly supplier online for my LEDs which was cheaper by HALF of what my ID quoted me. The items come with a 1 year warranty.I'll post my 3D designs as follows:LIVING ROOMLIVING ROOM/ DINING ROOM MASTERBED ROOM BEDROOM 2 BEDROOM 3 Edited March 13, 2014 by jeremylbt

Songz 132 Report post Posted March 13, 2014 (edited) Here's my lighting plan....Haha how come nobody is interested in my ID?That is because usually people will only ask after the renovation process is done as they will see how it turns out and the worksmanship. Not to forget some will ask only if a lot of ideas and etc were thrown in to clear doubts and propose good stuff which usually get people to be interested.By the way those lighting plan of LED, you gg to do false ceiling for almost the whole house ?
