Nice talking to the contactor your recommended. Got the quotation from him. Some of the items quoted are quite reasonable and some are a bit high. Initially, asked him for $5K discount but he said cant , too much discount. Have asked him to revise and give me a better price. Do you know where to get cheap lightings? Can recommend? Thanksss
