Supply labour to remove 2 x wardrobes and kitchen cabinet. - $400.00 05. Supply materials and labour to lay 600 x 600 homogeneous floor tiles & skirting for living/dining and store. ( Tiles based on $3.50psf ) - $5,100.00 06. Supply materials and labour to overlay 2 toilets floor tiles. ( Tiles based on $3.30psf ) - $1,100.00 07. Supply materials and labour to overlay wall tiles up to ceiling for 2 toilets. ( Tiles based on $3.30 psf ) - $2.600.00 08. Supply materials and labour to alter base for kitchen cabinet and washing machine. - $150.00 09. Supply materials and labour to install S/S pipe for kitchen and 2 toilets. The kitchen cabinet and solid table top also expensive. I've pm you his contact number. I'm still waiting for another quote from other contractor to see any more better price. Somemore, he said the tiles is up to me to select as long as the tiles range is $3.50psf and $3.30psf.No flowers seller condemns flowers he sells.Sword seller says his sword can poke through all shields.Meanwhile, he says his shield the best - no swords can poke through.Only he knows which is which and what is what.Reality: he needs to make a living, you want to save some $Show hand to him, take it or leave it.You are at upper hand at 'this moment'.After got your deal, he will be in 'upper hand' - manipulate quality to take back that discounted 10%. Win-win.Allow no quote items could be 'anything and everything'.Item 19 - ask him to amend 'solid surface worktop'- 14ft , to ' Indian galaxy granite top'- 14ft with same price.He will F u and go fly kite.You now can F him for what is 'solid surface worktop', pen material down.He then knows you know something that he can't laught within.Watch out item 6 & 7. Why 'overlay' - intend to stay 3-5 yrs?Contractor these days like 'short cut', 'clean job', 'quick buck' - hack care what happen 3-5 years later.My advise: Hack old, replace with new, if intend to stay long. For eg, based on my observation and short research..Solid surface top: $70-120 per ftKitchen cabinet: $120 per ftPaint 4 room whole house 5 color: $1300-1500Watch out for materials and workmanship.
