Reasonable Quote For Hdb 4 Room?

Hi all would like to have some advice on the mentioned quote. Seems reasonable to me however would like to hear from more

Masonry work

1) construct 50mm height cabinet base with tiles skirting $280

2) construct 50mm height fridge and washing machine base $200

3) construct 50mm shower kerb to both bathroom $ 260

4) supply and overlay non slip homo tiles for both bathroom $1100

Plumbling work

1) supply labour to lay inlet and outlet pipe to kitchen area $200

2) supply labour to install vanity cabinet and sink to master bathroom $120

3) install 2 jet spray Foc

Glass work

1) 2x 10mm thick tempered glass shower screen to both bathroom $1100

2) 10mm thick tempered glass sliding door to kitchen entrance $900

3) install tempered glass to kitchen $500

Ceiling work

1) false ceiling to living dining and passage way 320sqft $1300

2) false ceiling to main bedroom 120 sqft $650

3) false ceiling to bedroom 2 70 sqft $500

4) false ceiling to bedroom 3 70sqft $500

Electric works

1) supply and lay 26 lightings point include installation of plc downlights $1250

Carpentry works

1) 24ft solid plywood kichen cabinet with abs trimming $3120

2) 11ft indian granite worktop $1200

3) 6.5ft full height wardrobe sliding in laminate finish $1820

6) 14ft full height bomb shelter feature wall design with tictac and sliding door infront $3200

Carpentry works - check the laminated finish. does it also apply within the carpentry works you are doing?
1) 24ft solid plywood kichen cabinet with abs trimming $3120 - this part is too general. ask your ID or contractor to elaborate more. example soft hinges, etc etc..
2) 11ft indian granite worktop $1200
3) 6.5ft full height wardrobe sliding in laminate finish $1820 - does this meant that the wardrobe is sliding door?
4) 5.5ft full height wardrobe sliding in laminated finish $1540
5) 7ft tv wall feature and console in laminated finish $2100
6) 14ft full height bomb shelter feature wall design with tictac and sliding door infront $3200 - not sure how it looks but 14ft is around 4.3m which cost around $3,2k which is very pricey.
7) 4ft full height shoe cabinet with display laminated finished $1200 - 4ft which is around 1.2m as for this find it a pricey.

what about the rest? They do know clear debris, Provide corrugated paper protection to flooring, General cleaning upon completion of works?

Hi there thanks for replying. For carpentry, internal is using those white carcass pvc. Shoe cabinet yes is a little pricey i see what i can do haha. For the rest, ii did not state everything however will check on the one u stated.

Some items are cheaper than mine and some are more expensive.

Mind to share with me your ID or contractor?

Something that I learn while I am looking for ID.

1. There will be haulage fees.

2. Does your contractor supply the tiles for the tiles skirting?

3. Electric Installation is a bit expensive for me although I have not receive any quotation for that.

4. Lighting has to be purchased by ourselves and installation of lighting may be another cost.

5. Will you be installing air-con? Air-con installation charges?

6. You are charged with labour to install vanity cabinet and sink but there is no charges for the cabinet itself?

7. I was charged $700 for 3ft shoe cabinet

Is your ID / contractor HDB licensed and RADAC accredited?
