First defect spotted. Cracked basin. Called Hoe Kee to replace one but they want me to bring the damage item to their warehouse, one on one exchange. I realized, Hoe Kee after sales service is very poor, not recommended.

Luckily my ID follow up service is marvelous............. He arranged everything for me .
