FIL is staying alone in 1rm flat.

His neighbour, few units away, same floor, has been illegally renting out rm to some China national.

Everything peaceful, everyone seals the lips.

Lately, FIL received Starhub & POSB letters with this neighbour's names (husband & wife)

They were quick to act, initially, they asked FIL: 'Uncle, got received my letters?'.

FIL was 'reminded' to return the same in future.

Good neighbour spirit keeps him returning some to them till recently he revealed such to me & wife.

2 wks ago, I asked him open POSB and Starhub letter.

OMG, 19k transactions within a month, some $500 in/out within a days!

Why use FIL's address for this? Why POSB/telco allow these D A M things w/o POA

So, we did '15', since neighbour did '01'.

B4 troubles trouble us, we make trouble first- made police record with letters & trip to POSB spoke to 'high ranking officer' addressing our concerns - ensure proper-control addressee system to be put in place! Don't anyhow base on account holder's WOM on address without written POA in sight!

SPF's 'big 9' asked us to register 'concerns' with ICA (MHA).

Remember Orchard Rd's floodings, one by one? God listened & acted to outcries?

Must wait for God to act on address issuess?

So difficult meh?

So they didn't check on the tenants? How do you know the renting is illegal? Many people? The neighbours living in 1 room flat yet able to have so many bank transactions. Something fishy. The money may not be from the rent. Those who rent usually low-wage workers, unlikely that they will pay so much for rent.
