finally gotten my double glazed window.

well, at first wasn't quite sure about the effectiveness of the window, but im glad i still go ahead with it.

the traffic sound really startled me during the wee nights and making me unable to sleep well. used to put on cotton buds but thats more irritating feeling to my ears.

after talking and research on the companies, finally decide to work with louis, a more sincere n honest approach. i have met some are really pushy and slashing price like we are in the market. not sure whether the after products will be compromise or not. so better not take the risk.

we can really feel the effect of the soundproofing after we close the window. and i should say it minimize at least about 50% of the sound, which i can happily throw away the cotton bud. and i notice another good thing about it. it actually can reduce heat as well. compared to the normal window we used to have.

hope my experience is helpful enough.

Cheers!

Hi all,

We are an acoustics specialist and can install a variety and range of soundproof windows and doors according to the customer's requirements.

From basic grade isolation (traffic / human generated noise) to high end isolation (loud music / amplified instruments), we are able to serve your needs!

Additional info for you guys!

Did you know?

Generally the public idea among most consumers and contractors is that the best way to isolate sound is by using "double glazed" windows. This is true if the main source of the noise is coming from human speech and similar sounds. However, for most other types of noise such as music, heavy traffic or construction, laminated glass offers better sound isolation. In addition, having the best glass is no use if the window framing and seals are also not isolation grade! The best soundproof windows and doors are those with an isolating construction for both the panel and frame, and are being sealed by acoustic grade seals.
