My BTO Flat is coming real soon in May, i have received my 1st quotation fr an ID. Since it's my first flat, i have zero experience in reno things and stuff.

Hope some kind bro and sis can gimme some of your precious advices. I have attached the quote below.

I have no experience about this as i am currently looking for reno contractor.

However, i do find your price reasonably ok because i always have the concept that engaging ID is much exp than a simple contractor job.

Btw, how many rooms r yrs?

Mine is a 5 room premium with flooring done :/
