Tempered Glass Shattered, My Contractor Said No Warranty

Dear all,

my renovation finished last OCT, just 2 days ago, one of the tempered glass panel at staircase was broken itself.

that day after work, I opened the door, and was shocked. luckily no one at home, and nobody was injured

I called my contractor who has done the renovation, he said in Singapore, all tempered glass has no warranty.

Is this true? any one can share with me? my renovation work just finished months ago.

well most contractor don't give waranty, but I give 1 year waranty..
