it will be very fast when u get ur keys since u hav everything settled alr! u can keep editing ur 3D drawings now ... and move on to detailed drawings ... the detailed drawings are very impt for space planning ...

But seriously, i was the first block in the estate to get key.. the amt of defects were horrible..... it was like a pri 1 kid who closed his eyes and did his MCQ homework and then decide to let his tuition teacher mark, to point out places he got wrong.. Those taiko get correct one or tuition teacher didnt spot, he leave alone.

You will get back tt excited feeling when u start shopping for furniture de!

finally managed to take a photo of my floor plan. as below!

what i like about it is that it is blockish enough with no odd angles. easier to plan for furnitures and no wasted space as well. but then again, i know most new BTOs are also 99% the same floor plan la.

it's a 5 room apartment at 112m sq. Internal area is 110m sq.

Sharing our quotation which I hope is reasonable enough (after all the homework done, i am at least 90% sure). Will not be providing the breakdown though, so if keen, i think it's better to share via PM instead.

yep yep .. the ID will guide u through don worry ... basically its to let u hav an idea how the internal shelving of your cabinets will look like, the door open from left or right, this 2 drawer tgt or tt 2 drawer tgt, casement door or sliding door etc etc

for my case, the ID asked if we want to plan the internal compartment ourselves or let him proposed (which will be a typical template). we let him proposed, and we made slight adjustments to his suggestions to suit our daily needs. however, ID want us to design our mbr wardrobe ourselves as its a very individual preference. for tt he gave us abt 10 standard template to guide and help us....

My ID asked me to concentrate on the looks of the place first. LOL. But i will go ahead and do my research! Post when i'm ready!
