We started hacking 12 November and handover was 17 January. I didn't do many things, there was much down time throughout the whole process, workers came in at noon rather than early in the morning.Year end is especially bad time to do renovation. I wanted the dogs to have more space as they may be confined for long hours. The little one is blind and pees everywhere, it's bad for the laminate floor. The mongrel is one year old and can't be trusted around furniture yet. It makes the human feel good that they have more space, but actually they would just park themselves on one spot and lay there the whole day!As for your cats, I don't think you're able to confine them using baby gate!
