Think you can consider using those cable tubing which split in the middle to put your cables in to prevent it looking to be messy.

Else there are those cable organizer which is stick to the back of the console ...

Hi,

Impressed you can do so much with a tight budget. I have a similar tight budget too.

Could you pm me your contact for the ID you used and the contact for your windows/grilles? Thanks in advance.

I noticed you used spotlights for your living room. Are the spotlights enough to light up the whole house? Does the spotlights make

the living room hotter? (I actually thought spotlights are usually warmer than the normal lightings)

Hi, will pm u the rough cost shortly. With some things added, budget is higher.

These are tracklights, unlike spotlights, these are removable and can adjust the focus of each lamp. In terms of brightness, its very subjective. I seek for cosy ambience and have achieved that. I can read and write with ease, definitely not dim. Some like bright houses so....

These are LED, not conventional halogen lamps and the heat is radiated upwards and the focus of the light is not hot. I have yet to move in but so far we dont feel warm with all light switched on.

Hope this helps!

Hi SuperMama

For items bought thru TBao, you asked Amcon to place order on your behalf and you pay them ? Also how long would it take to be deliver to SG. Thank you.

Hi Taneehsin,

Yes, Amcon bought them for me at an additional cost of RMB 50/link. Once all the items have reached their warehouse, it took less than a week to reach me. Very fast IMO.
