Below quote from Diva's innovative design:

The electrical they told me its around $3K!

We personally like Diva's design and concept, but find that they are quite expensive? They are a newly opened company of 6 months though, and are not GST registered.

what is the difference between gst and non gst registered company?

My contractor told me normally they have 2 companies, one with gst for bigger projects, one without gst so they can pass on the savings to their clients.

Hana, if u wan, I can recommend my contractor to u to compare as I find her price very reasonable and nice designs too...
