Phew...Early morning receive msg from our ID that there is stock clearance from Air Division in their warehouse, just beside Betime Building, Macpherson Road.

He reserved some stools for us and also the chair that we need for our study room. We rushed down there and found that all of them were very solid and definitely a good buy.

Below are what we bought:

Happy stools from Pedrali where we bought those 3 pieces and one additional white colour where each of them cost S$83 :good:

The stool is a whole one piece thingy and very solid and comfy and we decided to use that for dining.

And for our study room, we bought a pair of Segia Gliss Chair from Pedrali too where each of them cost us S$241 ;)

Considering the italian brand, those pieces are definitely worth buying.

You may find out more info from the website below, and remember to visit Air Division's warehouse now if you are interested !!!!

I am refering to distance between the downlight and the wall (Length of kitchen wall.)

I did not know exactly whats the distance but the downlight is meant to share between the dining area and the front part of our kitchen, where our sink located.

Hope this pic could give you some hints :)

Finally it's time to install our main door lock. Previously I've mentioned that we purchased the Kwikset Kevo 925 as our lock for the main door.

Few weeks ago, our Kevo was pass to the person who in charge of the door to cut the size for fitting the lock, but who knows the lock went missing from his side. :( The boss immediately refund us the money and make us need to order again from Amazon. Because of the tight schedule, we had to request for express shipment and we received it 3 days later.

We engaged the lock specialist that recommended by our friend and below are some pics during the installation.

When open up the Kevo box with all the screws and instruction inside:

The lock specialist, Mr. Nien is installing without seeing the instruction :good:

The lock really looks cool especially the LEDs :P

Mr. Nien commented that the Kwikset Kevo 925 was a good design by using the deadbolt, which consider safe enough. The little downside was the key was not unique enough, else the whole lock would be perfect. If anyone interested for lock installation, you could just give him a call.

After the installation of the door lock, our ID also had all the handles installed for our wardrobe and cabinets :)

We are using round handle for the wardrobe in our MBR:

And for our kitchen with table top side, we are using Blum with those press and open kind, therefore, there wasn't any handle:

However the cabinets on the other side, the handle bar we use are as below:

I really in love with the long study table which I'm sure we gonna spend lotsa time here either reading or gaming :thumbs up:

With this, our renovation process has almost come to an end. We were glad to have Roy as our ID for not giving us problem but solutions for what we had requested and demanded so far. He is really passionate in design and responsible for his work. If anyone would need an ID without knowing who to approach, I would highly recommend Roy Chong.

Hopefully after reading our posts, you are able to get some idea or inspiration for your house renovation. Definitely this will not be our last post as we still have plenty of things to share with all of you. Cheers!!

Kwikset Kevo 925 lock is very nice, I am considering something like Goji, august but it seems Kwikset Kevo 925 is better option, however, my current door is NOT Single-Cylinder deadbolts, to replace this, perhaps, I will try to speak with the locksmith you recommended. Thank you.
