Hi all,

I need advise on the following.. any comments will be greatly appreciated .

1. How to raise balcony to match the existing living room floor without hacking and tiling. Heard of PE form something like that ?

2. The existing cabinet looks ok but don't like the color... any ideas if i can spray paint them ...rather will contractor willingly to do it.

3. anyone heard of primework solutions work ? spray paint toilet wall tiles n floor as well.

no idea on 1 & 2.

but i read somewhere on spraying wall and floor tiles, the spray paint will peel off! maybe you can try googling on peeling/fading of spray paint. it looks really terrible, seems like the owner was really unlucky because it didn't last a bit.
