The long strip of light in your kitchen is from where and how much does it cost ? Also is it LED ?

It's a strip of LED that is mounted inside a hole that the carpenters will make underneath the kitchen cabinet. The electrician will then paste the LED strip into the hole and connect to the LED driver and then the LED driver is connected to the electrical wires.

busy now leh. probably mid-march then renovations complete and have time.

This lamp is nice. is it from philip ? what model ?

not from philips. its from one of the lighting shops at Paya Lebar area. i bought it in Jan 2014 (before CNY). The display set was the last piece so I bought the display set at 20% discount. Didn't want to order and wait for new stock as i was told the earliest new stock will arrive is March, which is too long.

by the way, this light is remote controlled (so wall switch is not required) and can change from warm to cool light. It is also dimmable but i find that the dimming granularity is not good; the dimmest level is still bright.

Today is the eve of CNY, and also the start of CNY break for everyone. Electrical wiring was pre-laid and trunking installed over the past 2 days.
