Instead of just getting a door bell, i gotten myself a Yale Door Viewer that comes with a door bell and video/photo capture of who press my door bell.

And yes, taken half-day leave in the afternoon to also accept the delivery of a dining table and bench. the 2 dining chairs will be delivered next week (Celini missed them out in the shipment :angry2: )

Dining table is caesarstone 1.3m white and the table base is solid real wood so is the bench.

And finally yesterday late afternoon, the delivery and installation of Celini Office Culture's very last piece of Manager L-shape office table (showpiece at Loyang branch bought at a huge discount as they have closed their subsidiary Office Culture):

looks cool. i am guessing that it runs on battery. no sure if need to change batteries often (cos i a bit lazy on this aspect) haha

but taking pict of people pressing door bell is cool.

My Ranting list from very disturbed/troubling to a bit disturbed/troubling:

Downlight has a rusty screw and seemed to be used before. Need to wait 3 days for replacement.

Wall lamps seemed to have been used before, has stain/scratch on it.

And even worst, after waiting 2-3 working days (not calendar days) for replacement, the replacement unit has a rusty arm and have to wait another 2-3 working days (despite warning them to bring another in case the replacement is faulty). so had a full refund instead..

Very disappointed in Philips' quality control. make me feel as if i'm buying 2nd-hand goods. and i bought it from a Philips authorized shop!

Track-light holder (non-Philips) is faulty and waited 2 days for replacement.

called them but no one pick up the calls despite calling 2 - 3 times over 1-2 hours. went down instead and was told to either wait for replacement (and it had to be weekdays since my original delivery was weekday), or i can bring the faulty part down for 1-to-1 exchange. Ikea, you should have pick up my call in the first place, so that i can bring it down instead of making an extra trip! And why must the replacement on a weekday office hours? Its your fault in the first place!

charging me $2 extra because he wants to round off. from your website its stated $198 not $200! Not interested in my business. only keen in selling/installing digital locks and not keen to sell/install only door viewer.

unable to deliver the 2 dining chairs which is part of the dining set. At least, they are better than ikea, willing to deliver on a weekend! no need to take half-day leave.

Wah, Lidat I must go back and check liao, I havent unwrap them and most of my lightings are from them! :jawdrop:

yes, you better go and check. good thing i checked, and have them replaced before the electrician installed them.
