Can advise example of plumbing and electrical work which is not in the quotation. The quotation is breakdown in individual room.

Therefore not sure which is which.

Sorry to ride on this thread. Any idea if it is possible to have a budget within 20 to 30k for a 5 room BTO with similar requirements? Just want simple renovation, nothing fanciful but not sure if I quote this price range will I be under budgeting or not.

Not sure for an ID but for if u engage contractor, 30k u can get plenty of stuff for your home. I'm only contacting IDs for now as I am clueless of what to get.

Once I'm done with ID hunting, I will contact my shortlisted contractor which was recommended by my fellow future neighbour.

Next week will be meeting another 2 IDs.

I am also clueless of what to get. Haven't even start looking for ID/Contractors yet. I guess you can only get the lowest price with contractors.

You will get a ID for a design and use contractor after?

I just realised that your ID didn't quote you on electrical wiring.. This is a hidden cost. You got to check with them on this.
