Should Use Contractor Register With Hdb Or Not?

Hi ,

I am currently finding qoutations for my 3rm resale renovation and I had come across 2 contractors A & B. A is a registered HDB contractor whereas B is not but B qoutation is about 4- 5k lesser than A. I need advice on whether should I engage someone that is cheaper but not registered or som eone that is more expensive but registered? Thanks.
