Songz 132 Report post Posted May 27, 2014 New gas pipe have been laid.Aircon piping have also been done In order to hide most of the aircon trunking & aesthetic purpose, the ID & Aircon installation guy manage to persuade me to fix the aircon for the living room to be just above the storeroom door. (Picture as per below - Beside the piping that stick out))The installation guy claimed that 18K BTU will be able to cool the living room easily by adjusting the wind to blow below the beam in front and into the living room.(*Hope they are right on this)

Songz 132 Report post Posted June 24, 2014 Due to restriction on number of photos per post thus the 2nd post.Ledge is completed (This is for me to put my leg up after bath to dry with towel) in MBRSanitary (Toilet Bowl & Basin+tap is installed) Due to the small size of the MBR, I have decided to use a corner basin to save space)Sanitary (Toilet Bowl & Basin+tap is installed) Space constraint again but at least its bigger than MBR bathroom thus able to place the basin in front of the toilet bowl.*For the rack, water heater and etc, it will be installed at a later date

Songz 132 Report post Posted July 10, 2014 Nice ...... bro, no cove lighting in the false ceiling??The only cove light (If it counts) is the straight ledge you see in the picture. Not really a fan of cove light and the main purpose of it in the picture is to cover the beam
