I have a carpark lot at Marina Bay Financial Centre to sublet.. might be changing my ride and not planning to drive for this year...

looking to rent out the lot at $580.. it is a super long queue for an empty lot.. and the monthly fee for 2014 has been revised to $481.50 include gst..

so for additional $98, u can now jump the queue and haf possession of the lot immediately.. but I need confirmation from you where minimum sublet period is 1 year..
