Yup. TC did the job, then neighbors below complained.

Think TC did inform thru pamphlets but neighbor said "What if I never open letterbox?"

Well, cant please all. Paste on lift lobby, say did not see, mail letterbox say didnt open.

Anyway, I did my part, before washing I saw a downstairs unit with clothing hanging outside and I went down to inform them to keep it.

You cannot pleased everyone but most impt the problem is resolved.

Anyway its just a 1 time thing so hope they understand...

haha, just saw your post. Anyway, this looks like the professional water jet. Mine is the small home version. And I guess it is a better idea if the jetting is done by the authorities rather than you, especially in view of the complaints.

Given the price paid, Grohe or not, as long as it can last for years, think should worth the money.

Price of a shower and mixer in Singapore is also about the same.

Saw the local Grohe Bau series, even during discount is also about SGD500 ++ if I am not mistaken.

So what is the point of paying a premium where there are alternatives.
