Renovation Quote Needed - 2 Bathroom And Service Yard

Please advise the quote for 2 bathroom and service yard renovation: 4 room HDB 1140 sqft top most floor.

Hope the job can be done by 3wk of January 2014.

Tiles demolish:

2 bathroom wall and floor tiles, wall height 8ft

Service yard wall tiles only

Tiling work for 2 bathroom

Wall tiles for 2 bathroom at SGD3/sqft, 30*60 cm no design, total wall area 370 sqft

Waterproof membrane and floor tiles for 2 bathroom at SGD3/sqft, total floor area 70 sqft

total

Smoothen service yard wall with cement, total wall area180 sqft

Remove 1 bathroom door frame

Supply and install 2 unit bi-fold door (for 2 bathroom)

Supply and install 1 unit sliding shower screen (stainless steel rail) 5.5 ft width

Labor to install toilet bowl, basin and accessories

Remove, supply and install stainless steel water pipe for whole unit. Cold only

(need to box-up the length exposed in living room and dining room, 30ft)

wroght iron gate, 3ft*7ft

Painting whole unit with stain washable paint, white ceiling and wall 1 color only
