eddielim 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2013 I have emailed Avenir Maison customer service/management several times demanding for the full refund (Invoice AM4292) but yet to receive any formal replies till date! The full amount was paid on 26th May and waited for 7 months!The furniture delivered was totally UNACCEPTABLE and in uttermost shabby conditions. Why? 1 of the chair was shaky when placed on the even surfaces, all the handles on both chairs are rough, 1 of the handle was loose at the end and even the white table top was stained/scratched badly. This is simply outrageous!! I have exercised enough patience over the months and given the company the last chance to prove me wrong. Since the company is not capable of meeting customer basic requirements, honor the delivery dates and ensure the quality of the furniture, the order should not be accepted in the first place! If i do not receive the full amount ASAP, let's resolve this via the legal approach and involved the press/police. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
