faykin 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2013 (edited) Part 2 - Getting an IDThe conditions of the place was pretty original, so we need to a major renovation with everything hacked away. After signing our option to purchase, we quickly get down to find a renovation ID as we do not have much time to follow up this major renovation project and also we need to move out of our current unit by 3 months time. We spoke to 5 different IDs and realized that december is the worst timing for renovation. its a super peak season and prices are higher than usual.2 IDs didn't even get back to us as they are really busy. The other 2 got back to us but they didn't get took in our discussion items. So we selected the last ID recommended by my friend who is quite young looking.the current condition of the house :large living hall ">http://master bedroom ">http://bedroom 2 ">http://http://s837.photobucket.com/user/Faykim/media/Mobile%20Uploads/20131210_150326_zpsjqspr685.jpg.html'> Edited December 24, 2013 by faykin
faykin 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2013 (edited) part 3 : the planned room layout after numerous discussions. i really put my hands together for those who can talk to numerous IDs. its so mentally exhausted.Being a lazy person for housework, i prefer a small kitchen, so i really want a wet kitchen, just for cooking.most ids rejected this idea, only 2 came back with some ideas or proposals. the balcony area will be converted to some playarea.as we push out our master bedroom door for some privacy, we have an extra store room. its suits us as we can have extra storage room to keep everything tidy.
