Just got a quote from our current interior designer (ID) just want to check with you guys if below quote is reasonable for a new 3 room BTO and please do feel free for your feedback and advise as well:

Demolition work & floor / Wet Work

1) Demolish existing wall - kitchen ( SGD 400.00)

2) Demolish existing service yard wall , window & aluminium bi fold door (SGD 400.00)

3) Provide engineer endorsement (SGD 500.00)

4) Haulage fee (labour for building concrete sand , uplifting materials and clear debris) (SGD 750.00)

5) Supply & lay polish homogenous floor tiles @ living / dining / all bedroom c/w skirting - 520 sqft (SGD 3100.00)

6) Supply & overlay polish homogenous floor tiles @ proposed kitchen + service yard - 100 sqft (SGD 800.00)

7) Overlay wall + floor tiles @ master toilet (SGD 1800.00)

So expensive for a 3 room? My 4-room flat only cost me 20k plus and was given free bedroom wardrobe, cooker hood and hod, kitchen sink and tap.
