My flat is a 4rm that comes with floor tiles and etc etc. (Premium flat). Below is what i'm looking at1) Construct kitchen cabinet of 30 - 35ft2) Kitchen table granite top of 16 - 18ft3) Fridge, kitchen cabinet and washing machine base4) Pumbing work - piping for kitchen sink, washing machine5) Installation of bathroom & kitchen accessories, heater,hood,burner, sink, tap etc...6) Master bedroom - full height sliding door waredrobe of around 2200mm of length7) Painting for entire unit8) L box/ Light box 9) Lightings for whole unit with instalation10) Protection/chemical washing after and during renovation11) Folding doors for 2 toilet 12) windows grill for service yard and all other windowsThe above list is constructed base on my experience and own research. I may have missed out some important item as well. feel free to enlighten me. I'm looking at around $12k and max capped at $14k for the entire renovation which exclude the furniture and electrical appliance. L box/Light box will be able to opt out for adjustability of the renovation budget. Feel free to provide advice/comment if this is achievable? ptc77 1 Report post Posted December 10, 2013 item 12 at least $3k, you have not factor in electrical wiring , norm at $2k plus unless you use back all HDB given power points for all ceiling lights..item 1 & 2 likely $5k (opt for solid top, cheaper?
