Hi joshualee,

Thank for the contact number and I've met the contractor.

I was in a dilemma as to whether to use tiles or laminate for my rooms as recently, several of the floor tiles in my rooms have popped out. I'm afraid, if I use the tiles it may pop out again in future and I've never use laminate before.

I need some advice on how good is the laminate flooring. Thanks

I need to minor reno such patching the wall crack line and the ceiling crack, re-paint whole house, repair my bath room cabinet door and replace balcony glass sliding door's black rubber gasket and rollers.

I've choosen to use the tiles rather than laminate. My helper always mop the floor very wet and I'm afraid the laminate wont last long.

Hi rumrum,

He did some minor renovation for my house. The workmanship is pretty acceptable. Only thing is the worker too chatty.
