Thanks for the contact number. He's able to do the tiling for me on this Friday. As due to the condition of the popped out tiles he's not able to use back the existing tiles so I got to buy the new tiles on my own.

I got this contractor to help patch up my balcony floor and change pipe, cos downstairs new owner and they claim that my balcony floor leaking, their ceiling wet patch. Workmanship is good. But now busy period, have to try asking if available.
