Patch-Up Works

Hi,

Any recommendation for contractor who can do the following patch-up works for me,

1. Replace a few pieces of broken tiles for my toilet floor & wall. ( I've my own tiles )

2. Repair crack line for my cornices.

3. Painting of kitchen ceiling. ( Yellow stain area only )
