jasonlee781 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2013 I am doing renovation for my HDB resale flat bought in Nov this year. Decided to change the old and dirty windows to new sliding window but was rejected by HDB. According to contractor, HDB need the previous owner to sign on the renovation indemity form before permission is given.I don't understand this because I am already the Owner so why should the previous owner still need to sign on the indemity form ? In any case, the previous owner simply refuse to sign because he said the flat is no longer his concern.Anybody has same problem before ? Appreciate advice. Thanks you in advance.
