correct. some locksmith charges $60 for letterbox. My $200 is for all 3 locks (letterbox, main door and main gate).

it depends whether you are changing the entire lock set or only changing the mortice cylinder. mine is only changing the mortice cylinder.

And I just remember I had to change my window and grillies locks as well.

I guess it is the labour involved .. the lock probably cost a few dollars only
