Advice On Hdb Bathroom Renovation

Hi there,

I have recently purchased a resale 3-bedroom flat - it is an old model where the shower and toilet are located at the kitchen.

I intend to hack the wall between my master bedroom and the shower so that I can have direct access to the shower from the room. I also need to hack another wall that separates the shower and the toilet. So, all in all, there are two walls to be hacked.

I supposed with the hacking of the walls, I will need to redo the floor and the tiles as well. The basin, toilet bowl and shower head will probably need to be changed too.

Can you guys kindly advise me on the rough cost that I should be looking at? I am hoping that I can get all of these done under $5k. Not sure if this is even possible since this is my first renovation and I have no idea on the rates.

In addition, appreciate greatly too if you guys can pass me your contacts to good suppliers / contractors that will be able to help me with the work.
