The hunt for the right ID was a nightmare for my case.

When through more than 10 IDs and most of them sounds more like a sales person rather than an ID.

Finally decided on my current ID because of his sound technical knowledge and his ideas which click well with my expectations.

Yeah, went through lots of 3-rms in the west with my property agent and after seeing this house, i just thought to myself "I gotta have this!" Because its the only 3-rm I've seen so far with a squarish living room which I can put in a L-shape sofa! All other 3-rms have a longish living room.

Yeah keeping the marble flooring. Will re-model the kitchen and 2 toilets, plaster the whole house and re-wiring.
