- considering to remove/replace bathtub in master bedroom toilet.
- Replacing toilet bowl for toilet near the yard
- Some renovations for master bedroom

Living Room
- TV console area
- Shoe racks

Other works
- Washing of existing floor tiles for living and dining area.
- Polishing of parquat flooring for all rooms.
- Painting for the house
