My 2 cents

Everything looks good except that the living room and dining room tiles could be better. Tiles and lights can make a huge difference to overall appearance. For tiles, go for marble. If marble is too expensive, go for granite. There are the grey China granite tiles that are inexpensive but they help to project an expensive and classy look.

Just get shocked! after 2.5 years I call my ID to help me change the spoilt 2pc drawer track if possible, without hesitation he arrange his carpentry to come within a week also never charge me, while my warranty is 2 years. Thank you Gilbert of R_N_Z!
