Just Signed A Contract

Hi guys, I just sign the contract for my Unit in Jurong west Blk 861. I got the the Contractor contacts here in renotalk. Need to finish in 1 month. I Hope my renovation will go smoothly & not have lots of problems. I will post here all the updates. Meanwhile below is my quotation & layout, & still waiting for the 3D to finish.

Below is the 3D design of our unit, we just finish discussing all the materials that need to use last weekend. Soooo tiring for long discussion.

My kids is happy withe the design & Im excited with my walk-in wardrobe & the open concept kitchen. I was amaze about how the designer

proposed my standing dresser at the side of the wardrobe body.

So far the renovation is on sched, running smoothly, they have finish hacking of walls & floors. I can say its faster than Im expexted. This week will be doing floor & wall tiles in the 2 toilets & kitchen. Now waiting for the detail drawings of the carpentry.

Since you have the same contractor, do you mind us visiting your house so that my wife and I can assess the work of the contractor?

Some of my contractor clients visits my house, but this was done before they handover to me, and they ask permission, so I said ok since we not shifting yet. You can also ask to your contractors if they have a unit for you to view. But right now I don't let any people to view my house because we already shift inn, another thing is schedule of me is tight just to arrange people to view my unit, & besides I don't have any percentage from the company if someone signs to them. Hope you understand, just view the actual pics on the forum of my unit. Have a happy renovation.

Tiling From Bath 1 & Bath 2 Done up, and some of my Carpentry works starting to install. Just got minor issues on spacing on the Bath.

The tiler has done great job, very clean. Hope my carpentry will have no big issues.

Thank you Wei2001 for your generous sharing! I just gave OTP to a 4NG resale flat in Clementi. Looking around for good and reasonable contractor to do partial renovation too.

What I love most in our renovation is that, What I see on the 3D presentation is also what I get on the actual. Its worth it!

We desided to add another carpentry works, shoe cabinet, settee at the back of our Dining feature walls I love the design that they show to me, very empressive.
