ptc77 1 Report post Posted October 30, 2013 (edited) Next up will the window grill where i source directly to Andy. I make arrangement with him over few weekend to take site measurement & installation. If given a chance, i will let my ID handle this portion to be hassle free. Very time consuming as you got to do your own coordination with the supplier subject to his availability in particular if it's a weekend appointment. If for any problem, you will need to liaise directly with the supplier instead of rely on your ID who will arrange & rectify the issues for you. As expected, few issues after the installation done, i make few arrangement to rectify.. :curse:tiring..Overall the service & products by Andy is rated good..Grill with 3 panel Window glass Edited October 30, 2013 by ptc77

ptc77 1 Report post Posted October 31, 2013 (edited) Next .. aircon purchase & installation .. i source directly to Tim Wong (Advertiser at renotalk) for his known good services.2 trips have been arranged. 1st trip to work out and lay the piping & trucking. 2rd trip to install the condenser & compressor. As like any new owner, i have no clue on how the piping & trucking should be placed. Fortunately, my ID willingly offered his help despite i did not buy the aircon from him. With him around, i were able to sit back, relax and watched him working out the details with the aircon installer. Lucky me. Otherwise it wll be a uphill task for me. Edited November 1, 2013 by ptc77
ptc77 1 Report post Posted October 31, 2013 1 particular area where i need to make a decision on whether the trunking under pillar for living room & MBR should be covered up. It were rather stressful when both the installer & ID waiting for my answer as the end trunking will be laid accordingly to the outcome. To me its all about cost vs appearanceLiving RoomMBR
ptc77 1 Report post Posted November 1, 2013 (edited) My ID advice me to look at long term. Indeed, it was a piece of good advice, really well worth the decision made after i saw the trunking were concealed the very next day. Very prompt arrangement done.Else i really cannot imagine looking at the ugly trunking when walking pass the passageway everyday.Living RoomMBR Edited November 1, 2013 by ptc77
