Gap Between Kitchen Bottom Cabinet & Base

Is it a standard carpetary works to have gap beween the Kitchen Bottom Cabinet & cement Base ?

need conceal as afraid will become insect loving home.

Yes This is normal, please do advise them to seal it off with silicon work will do
