Zao Yi 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2013 Just had a very bad experience with them.First they quoted me an exchange fee through phone. Then they emailed and told me that the fee went up by 2 times. Now they say it is 35% of the billing amount. These 3 are all different figures and differ significantly, one from the other. When I told them this is unacceptable, and requested for refund, they said that I cannot refund. Simply unacceptable method of conducting business. Lack of clarity upfront, not customer-centric/oriented. Please take heed. Make your purchase decisions wisely to prevent the same experience that I had. Furniture companies cannot afford to change products especially special order items because very hard to sell and take up space.

Was it because the goods defective or you bought the item out of impulse and you don't want it anymore?
