Hi all bro and sis,

I'm getting my key soon and i need someone to quote me the following

5 room corner

1 2 x toilets, kitchen & balcony all tiles

2 change kitchen toilet entrance

3 kitchen cabinet

4 bathtub at master toilet

5 remove all cornices

6 polish flooring

7 closet at master room

8 tv cabinet

9 nice ceiling **** room

10 painting whole house

11 gate

12 change all switches to big big one

hmm... normally for bto new premium flat is somewhere around $18k to $20k.

My punggol new flat renovated few month ago. and i compared 5 IDs.

Their pricing is somewhere around there.

But it seen some IDs charged me with site co-ordination , consultation and GST.

And of course I engaged a ID who don't charge me site co-ordination, consultation fee and somehow no GST too.

although there some deflect after renovation but he still provide a good after sales service.

If anyone want need the contact no.can just pm me .

Still looking but already got a lot of contacts and will send them the floor plan soon.

Super busy and just reach home about 20min ago then now free (:
