15K For 2 Bathroom And Kitchen Renovation?

I getting my resale 4 room next month. By redoing the 2 Bathroom and Kitchen plus the whole wiring and repainting the whole house. It is enough? No intend to hack away the floor tiles in the living room and bedrooms as it was really in good condition.

Yah it makes a diff if u want to do any hacking or change any tiles, if not it shouldn't be a prob, im doing my Reno for resale ,similar doing 2toilets n ( overlay floor bt hack wall) hack kitchen wall n floor bt only do up floor tiles , carpentry for kitchen cab n mbr wardrobe, rewiring n painting n piping, + grilles for whole Hse n window glass for living only n iron gate etc abt 23k + haven gt the final quote yet cos we add on painting later on , my Reno would be done end oct n early nov

from my exp, 15k might be abit tight. Depends on what is your workscope. 20k shld be enuf.
