Hi, Just wanna share my 2 month old renovated 4room flat with contractor recommended by friend. I spent closed to 40K for the whole renovation inclusive of almost everything with wiring. Found some ID with most of them are much more expensive. So we decided to go with contractor than ID. Here's some photos of my happy home

Yes! Those all glass and my kitchen top is granite.

Does the contractor cover everything from cabinets, shoe rack and wiring or have to find individual contractor to do it? Pardon me, as I am very new in this and still deciding whether to get an ID or contractor.
