Very Bad Experience And Not Recommended Contractor- Designers Ink

Recommended Posts

First and foremost,

I regretted appointing them or a contractor called Don or however his name is spelled.

Basically not a person of his words. Always going back on his words.

Signed the agreement on Early May and everything is completely done on July.

I have a few saying wow that's fast but just so you know, I did false ceiling for my living room, living room tiles,(hacking not included as it has already been hacked by HDB for some reason), Laminate for my 3 bedrooms and kitchen cabinet ONLY. It took me a month or so to get my flooring for living room to be completely done. Had to change the tiles for over 5 times as it is ridiculously ugly and just not appropriate and the contractor claim that all the contractors doing this and that is professional. That is just BS. Not only that. Date given by him was on end of June for me to move in but no. I had to constantly text him for my window grill. And what makes me wanna warn everyone of you before you appoint this contractor is that it is going to be October in a few days time and I am still waiting for my invoice. Excuses after excuses. I am gonna make a report very soon. Please be very careful for those still looking around.

Based on my own experiences, it is quite common for the ID to forget what was promised. It's best to write everything in black and white and signed by both parties.
