Reno Comapny With In-House Loan

Anyone know of any company that offer in-house loan.

Use to haf record with banks. Hence though cleared, reno loan application are still rejected.

My contractor agent is good, they apply for me for 2 banks,.same time approve last november 2013. I did not put out any cash on my reno.
